We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented part-time Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your project management expertise and Agile knowledge to lead cross-functional teams through successful project delivery, all while working within a flexible 10-20 hour per week schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project lifecycles using Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred)
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) as needed.
- Promote continuous improvement within the project team
- Track project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets
- Manage team communication and collaboration (including creative and development teams)
- Utilize monday.com for project management and task tracking
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Report project progress to stakeholders, including attending occasional virtual meetings with clients to provide updates and ensure alignment.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in project management
- Proven experience with Scrum methodology
- Strong understanding of Agile principles
- Experience working with creative and development teams
- Proficiency in monday.com project management tool, or similar
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed
- Ability to work effectively
