Challenge

To take highly technical and complex content and design it in a way to make it easy to digest. The final document designed would be used to promote the benefits of R2 Sonic products over their competitors.

Solution

Research and learning was crucial to the success of this project. We met with the marketing director on multiple occasions to learn about the advantages of R2 Sonic compared to their competitors. Learning the terminology and technical specifcation of R2 Sonic's hardware and software allowed us to create a final design that simplifies these complex engineering terms into a easy to understand, bit-size data. We used consistency in design elements such as color, patterns, stroke, and texture to create a brand that flows throughout the entire booklet. The use of fully custom illustrations and vector drawings were crucial in translating technical data into comprehendable visuals.
